Description
Each nozzle is 100% tested electronically for capacity and spray pattern to ensure accuracy and high quality.
Regular inspection and servicing of your system is essential for optimal efficiency and to ensure that it is running reliably. Danfoss recommends changing nozzles yearly for the benefit of the environment and the best operating performance.
General rules of selection:
80 HP boiler will take a 16 GPH and run at 280 PSI
100 HP boiler will take a 18 GPH and run at 280 PSI
125 HP boiler will take a 22 GPH and run at 280 PSI
The wider the combustion chamber, the wider the spray angle. Most boilers take a 60 degree nozzle.
Common boiler nozzle combinations:
125 HP Saskatoon with a C24o burner – 20 GPH, 45 Deg
125 HP W&D with C240 burner – 22 GPH, 60 Deg
100 HP Lister – 2 nozzles, each 10 GPH, 70 Deg
